Antoinette Hotels is a hotel chain based in the UK that has a diverse portfolio of properties for its clientele. From a Manor House leisure hotel in the sought after location of the New Forest, a mid-market business hotel in the famous Wimbledon area, to a designer boutique hotel with cocktail lounge in the London suburb of Surbiton.
They needed to tailor their marketing efforts and budgets to the range of clients that they had across their hotel portfolio.
In order to appeal to the different types of clientele they had Binary & Co set up a range of different advertising options across Google, Bing, Facebook & Instagram. Each piece of advertising was targeted at the different demographics that the locations appealed to.
We also set up a range of targeted Remarketing ads that would help to re-engage potential customers after they had left the site.
Also, we employed the new Hotel Ads technology from Google which took live pricing directly from their booking engine and implemented into search allowing them to compete with the Online Travel sites and gain direct bookings.
Organic SEO helped to ensure that they were visible in local search and that they were in the map listing for both people searching while in the area and those looking to visit the area.
Across their portfolio of hotels and bars, Antoinette were able to maintain around 50% of their site traffic from both organic and paid search mediums and roughly 20% of their online revenue came from paid mediums.
In addition to this we were able to drive increased traffic to their boutique hotels and maintain a positive ROAS for all their advertising channels.
